Refund policy
I would always like to hear why you would want a refund so I can make sure if a refund is needed or if adjustments can be made. Refunds will be processed after communication of what requirements were not succeeded in the sale.
Contact of refund needs to given within 3 days after receiving mail delivery.
In process of a refund, it will be given once item is mailed back and I have received it.
I do not off refunds on pdf patterns, custom orders, or clearance/sale items.
